Vendi um imóvel em Janeiro/2020 e até hoje não me repassaram o valor total pago pelo comprador, depositado na conta do corretor.
Tentamos diversas vezes contatos e acordos de forma amigável, porém são inúmeras as desculpas, estamos entrando na justiça para receber o que nos falta.
Não recomendo essa imobiliária.
Do not buy, let alone sell in this real estate.
I sold a property in January / 2020 and until today the total amount paid by the buyer, deposited in the broker's account, has not been passed on to me.
We tried contacts and agreements amicably several times, but there are countless excuses, we are going to court to receive what we lack.
