Atendimento ruim, não passam informações corretas e depois vem com cobrança de mão de obra absurdas.
Quando o cliente solicita um produto é dever do atendente informar se haverá custos de mão de obra e passar ao cliente antes.

Bad service, don't pass correct information and then comes with absurd labor charges.
When the customer requests a product it is the duty of the attendant to inform if there will be labor costs and pass it on to the customer first.

Lousy service, 1 week ago I requested a technician at my residence, not even a return was given. Apart from the fact that the comment below is quite true, the lady who answers the phone does not have the slightest desire and sympathy.

Não combinam horário para fazer reparos: o funcionário simplesmente te liga em uma hora qualquer do dia e espera que você esteja disponível.
Péssimo.
Very bad service. Do not respond to your messages on WhatsApp. At the landline, they answer you and stay back, but they only do it after days.
They don't set a time to make repairs: the employee simply calls you at any time of the day and expects you to be available.
Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja possui todos os materiais necessários para instalação de gás segura, utilizando mangueira plástica ou cobre, e os atendentes têm excelente conhecimento. Algumas peças foram, inclusive, pré montadas na loja sem custo, já que a montagem em campo exigiria ferramentas que não tenho. O espaço é pequeno, mas surpreende pela variedade.
Alguma paciência e educação dos clientes ajuda: estamos muito ansiosos e mal acostumados!
E o pequeno comércio familiar precisa ser prestigiado.

The store has all the materials needed for safe gas installation using plastic or copper hose, and the attendants have excellent knowledge. Some parts were even pre-assembled at the store at no charge, as field mounting would require tools that I don't have. The space is small, but surprising for the variety.
Some patience and customer education help: we are very anxious and unaccustomed!
And small family businesses need to be prestigious.
Excellent service.
