★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um apartamento com a Saturno em 2018 e desde sempre tive problemas com a comunicação interna dos funcionários, nunca pode-se esperar um retorno, é frustrante. Você que tem que pedir o boleto de aluguel, eles não enviam (inclusive o contrato), não respondem os e-mails, é terrível.
No início do contrato efetuei o pagamento dos 3 aluguéis conforme solicitado (lei de inquilinato, por eu não ter um fiador), nunca atrasei nenhum aluguel e depois de 3 anos agindo de boa fé com todos, me sinto frustrada, inúmeras solicitações para depositarem o valor do depósito caucionado, e nada. Lamentável, me sinto envergonhada de estar cobrando algo que é meu por direito.
I rented an apartment with Saturno in 2018 and I have always had problems with the internal communication of employees, you can never expect a return, it is frustrating. You have to ask for the rental ticket, they don't send it (including the contract), they don't answer emails, it's terrible.
At the beginning of the contract, I paid the 3 rents as requested (tenancy law, because I don't have a guarantor), I never delayed any rent and after 3 years of acting in good faith with everyone, I feel frustrated, countless requests to deposit the secured deposit amount, and nothing. Unfortunately, I feel ashamed to be charging something that is rightfully mine.
