★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fomos bem atendidos. Médicos e funcionários muito atenciosos. Nosso chulinho foi medicado e vai melhorar , com fé em Deus. A doutora e o ajudante que fizeram o eletro e o eco no Popó são uns fofos. Muito obrigada.
We were well attended. Very helpful doctors and staff. Our chulinho was medicated and will get better, with faith in God. The doctor and the assistant who did the electro and echo at Popó are adorable. Thank you.

Os profissionais deviam ter uma medicina integrativa onde visam olhar o animal como um todo e não só exame.
Demoram muito pra atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, fui vacinar minha Shitzu, V 10 e raiva, após 10 dias ela apresentou abcesso, retornei para clínica me disseram que ela teve um processo inflamatório na pele. Eu não satisfeita com a explicação, procurei outro profissional ele disse que foi uma contaminação na aplicação da vacina, foi o Dra. Patrícia quem vacinou, a clínica não me orientou a revacinar, depois de questionar a proteção da vacina, entraram em contato com o fabricante, enfim pediram pra eu revacinar. Não me ofereceram nenhum apoio. Gostaria de entrar em contato com o gerente, obrigada

Meu pet torceu a pata foi atendia pela dra Shirley, ela examinou e falo que não tinha quebrado, se pss 15 dias meu pet começou apoia a pata e percebi que estava torta, entrei em contato com eles, me encaminharam para tira raio-x.
No retorno dra.Shirley viu que realmente deu fratura e me encaminhou pro ortopedista.
Levie no sos peludos fui muito bem atendida, pelo dr. Pedro ele me explicou a fratura que o correto era ter tirado um raio-X logo após o ocorrido e não quase 20 dias depois para ter a que não certeza que não tinha fraturado e ter colocado uma tala para previni.
Que agora como já se pss alguns dias o osso já está colando não tem muito o que fazer no momento, que mais pra frente pode ser um caso cirúrgico se atrapalhar no crescimento do pet.

My pet sprained the paw was attended by Dr Shirley, she examined and I say that it had not broken, if pss 15 days my pet started to support the paw and I realized that it was crooked, I contacted them, they forwarded me to take x-ray.
On return, Dr. Shirley saw that it really had a fracture and referred me to the orthopedist.
Levie no sos furdos I was very well attended by dr. Pedro, he explained the fracture to me that the correct thing was to have an X-ray taken right after it happened and not almost 20 days later to be sure that it hadn't fractured and to have a splint put on to prevent it.
That now, as if for a few days, the bone is already sticking, there's not much to do at the moment, which later on can be a surgical case if it gets in the way of the pet's growth.

Entendo que exitem profissionais que trabalham com amor e colocam a vida do bichinho em primeiro lugar...outros usam da profissão com um único objetivo para ganhar dinheiro. Digo isso pq quem precisa levar o pet a uma clínica particular, sabe o quanto tudo é extremamente caro, no meu caso paguei mais de 500 reais conforme foi cobrado e no final negaram a dar receita para continuar tratamento animal em casa... Querem que continue gastando mais e mais deixando dinheiro na clínica... não vi excelência no cuidado, esforços nem eficiência para ver o bichinho melhor como vocês dizem no site que são as missão dessa clínica ...fiquem atentos..pensem muito bem antes de levar o pet pra lá...ahh cobram 300 reais dizendo que é valor de internação, porém fica só metade do dia se precisar de ficar no outro dia desembolsa mais 300 essa é a diária que não contemplado 24 hs.

I understand that there are professionals who work with love and put the pet's life first...others use the profession with a single objective to make money. I say this because anyone who needs to take the pet to a private clinic, knows how extremely expensive everything is, in my case I paid more than 500 reais as charged and in the end they refused to give a prescription to continue animal treatment at home... keep spending more and more leaving money at the clinic... I didn't see excellence in care, efforts or efficiency to see the pet better as you say on the website that the mission of this clinic is... stay tuned.. think very carefully before taking it the pet goes there...ahh they charge 300 reais saying it's hospitalization, but it's only half the day if you need to stay the other day you pay another 300 this is the daily rate that is not covered 24 hours.
