★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço atendimento ginecológico na saúde center, lá tem um pacote (check-up) bem legal com consulta + lâmina + Usg endovaginal, ainda parcela no cartão de crédito. Dra Flávia (ginecologista) e Dra Juliana (ultrassonografia) são excelentes. Conheci a clínica através do pediatra da minha filha, já sou cliente há mais de 2 anos.
As meninas da recepção são 10!
I do gynecological care at the health center, there is a very cool package (check-up) with consultation + razor + endovaginal Usg, still on the credit card. Dra Flávia (gynecologist) and Dra Juliana (ultrasound) are excellent. I got to know the clinic through my daughter's pediatrician, I have been a client for over 2 years.
The reception girls are 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência desagradável! Fui marcada às 16h mas ao chegar na clínica me informaram que era horário de chegada! A médica só chegou na clínica às 17:15h e a recepção lotada em plena pandemia!!! Não volto mais! Desrespeito total ao cliente!
Unpleasant experience! I was scheduled at 4pm but when I arrived at the clinic they informed me that it was time of arrival! The doctor only arrived at the clinic at 5:15 pm and the reception was full in the middle of a pandemic!!! I'm not coming back! Total disrespect to the customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para uma consulta ginecológica, agendada para o dia de hoje, com horário apartir das 16h, por de chegada. Cheguei 10 minutos antes, sendo a 2° a ser chamada. Perguntei no momento do pagamento, se a profissional já tinha chegado e se já estava atendendo. A recepcionista respondeu SIM a ambas perguntas.
Após 1h de espera, fui questionar a recepcionista, sobre a minha posição de chamada, a mesma, após vários questionamentos meu e sem resposta, pois não sabiam o que dizer, informaram que a profissional não tinha chegado.
A recepção da clínica, ao meu ver, está sem prestar informações necessárias aos clientes, mentindo sobre a presença de profissionais e mesmo após questionada, sem informar claramente os seus clientes.
I went to a gynecological appointment, scheduled for today, starting at 4 pm, due to arrival. I arrived 10 minutes early, being the 2nd to be called. I asked when paying, if the professional had already arrived and if she was already attending. The receptionist answered YES to both questions.
After 1 hour of waiting, I went to question the receptionist about my calling position, she, after several questions of mine and no answer, as they did not know what to say, they informed that the professional had not arrived.
The reception of the clinic, in my view, is not providing necessary information to clients, lying about the presence of professionals and even after being questioned, without clearly informing their clients.

Fui atendida nessa clínica, o oftalmo solicitou mapeamento de retina e exame de sangue , fiz pelo plano de saúde e fiquei no aguardo dos resultados para o retorno. Ao ligar para agendar o retorno , fui informada que não posso mais , pois excedeu os 15 dias, ultrapassou desse prazo 4 dias, pois estava esperando o resultado.Vale ressaltar que não fui informada desse limite de 15 dias. Paguei a consulta, saí sem diagnóstico do meu problema , joguei tempo e dinheiro fora e agora terei que marcar outra consulta, com outro médico, pq com esse não volto mais e muito menos nesse lugar.

I was attended at this clinic, the ophthalmologist requested retinal mapping and blood test, I did it through the health plan and I was waiting for the results for the return. When calling to schedule the return, I was informed that I can no longer, as it exceeded 15 days, it exceeded 4 days, as I was waiting for the result. It is worth mentioning that I was not informed of this 15-day limit. I paid for the appointment, I left without a diagnosis of my problem, I wasted time and money and now I will have to make another appointment, with another doctor, because with this one I won't go back to this place anymore, much less.
