★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal do açougue do período da tarde /noite muito antipáticos. 3x frustrantes...
1° minha esposa estava gestante perto de ganhar nossobebe fizeram uma fila preferêncial num Domingo e pediram para ela sair da fila...
2° uma vez fui ao açougue e faltava uns 20, 30 minutos para fechar o mercado, ai estavam limpando o local que fica através da porta, numa sala onde cortam as carnes... Me entregaram a carne. Cheguei em casa quando peguei o saquinho onde colocaram a carne estava com cheiro de cândida, água sanitária, provavelmente estavam jogando produto para limpar a mesa onde cortam e colocaram o saquinho no molhado com produto de limpeza...
3° fui bravo já devido essas duas situações anteriores com o mesmo açougueiro e ele me respondeu super mal, pedi para chamar o responsável do mercado e fiz a reclamação... Depois disso todas as vezes que eu ou minha esposa foi lá, ele e o colega dele nos atendiam de cara fechada... Depois só passamos a ir num horário diferente que eles não estavam...

Infraestrutura: ambiente claustrofóbico, mal aproveitamento do espaço, ligeiramente mal iluminado e raramente limpo.
Atendimento: padaria, frios e açougue, são ok, porém algumas caixas são exorbitantemente agressivas e mal-educadas, algumas se quer respondem seu "bom dia" - possivelmente mal remuneradas. Nunca tive problemas com a gerência, e, quando precisei trocar um produto vencido, não tive problemas também!
Qualidade e Variedade: baixa variedade de marcas para alguns produtos (possivelmente por conta do espaço limitado), a sessão de pães e massas é bem variada, o hortifrúti é fraco, mal manuseado e com pouca variedade. Setores um tanto misturados. Nunca tive problemas com nenhuma carne comprada neste lugar.
Preços e Condições: parece que quanto menor o mercado, mas caro ele cobra pelos produtos, nunca vou entender essa lógica. Não serve para fazer mercado do mês. Preços altos especialmente no setor de carnes.
Bônus: sacolas disponibilizadas gratuitamente e de boa qualidade, estacionamento externo, fácil acesso, armários para guardar pertences, sempre há produtos em promoção facilmente visíveis, ventiladores. Infelizmente, sempre há uma concentração significativa de pessoas neste mercado, gerando aglomeração.
I frequent this market, and:
Infrastructure: claustrophobic environment, poor use of space, slightly poorly lit and rarely clean.
Service: bakery, cold cuts and butcher, are ok, but some boxes are exorbitantly aggressive and rude, some if you want to answer your "good morning" - possibly underpaid. I never had any problems with management, and when I needed to change an expired product, I didn't have any problems either!
Quality and Variety: low variety of brands for some products (possibly due to the limited space), the bread and pasta session is very varied, the fruit and vegetables is weak, poorly handled and with little variety. Somewhat mixed sectors. I've never had any problems with any meat bought at this place.
Prices and Conditions: it seems that the smaller the market, the more expensive it charges for products, I will never understand this logic. It does not serve to make the market of the month. High prices especially in the meat sector.
Bonus: free and good quality bags available, outdoor parking, easy access, lockers to store belongings, there are always promotions products easily visible, fans. Unfortunately, there is always a significant concentration of people in this market, generating agglomeration.
