★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira consulta alguns anos atrás eu gostei bastante médica mega anteciosa e fez tudo certinho ,mais agora recente eu fui e meu filho teve que fazer uma ulectomia pra ajudar seu dentinho nascer ,e sim a médica me informou que aquilo ia solucionar o problema e o dentinho dele ia nascer e fim paguei o procedimento de 120,00 de um Raio x mais ulectomia e ela me informou que com 5 dias o dentinho ia nascer ,pois bem não nasceu e não ajudou em nada o corte que ela fez não foi o suficiente cicatrizou o corte e não houve resultando nenhum voltei lá pra ela ver e ela veio com informação que tinha que repetir o procedimento nele eu fiquei tipo ??? Como assim eu paguei pra obter resultando não teve pois o corte não foi o suficiente que ela fez e eu devia pagar de novo pra o mesmo procedimento ,não gostei e sair de lá com decepção pq eu achei que ela ia reconhecer o erro de não ter feito um corte mais profundo e ia refazer o seu trabalho ,mais não ela quis fazer mais por tanto que eu pagasse novamente e eu não achei coerente da parte da clínica fazer isso.
At the first consultation a few years ago, I really liked the mega-prior doctor and did everything right, but now I went and my son had to have an ulectomy to help his little tooth be born, but the doctor informed me that it would solve the problem and the his tooth was going to be born and finally I paid for the procedure of 120.00 for an X-ray plus an ulectomy and she informed me that after 5 days the tooth would be born, because it was not born and it did not help at all, the cut she made was not enough the cut healed and there was no result, I went back there for her to see and she came with information that she had to repeat the procedure on him I was like ??? As well I paid to get the result, there was no cut because it was not enough that she did it and I should pay again for the same procedure, I didn’t like it and left there with disappointment because I thought she would recognize the mistake of not having made a deeper cut and was going to redo her work, but she didn’t want to do more for as long as I paid again and I didn’t think it was coherent for the clinic to do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, me induziram a assinar um contrato quando ainda era de menor, alteraram a data do contrato para que parecesse que eu estivesse assinado de maior, isso tudo na clínica de cruz das armas, a dentista estava presente e me influenciou, resumo, quero cancelar o contrato e eles se recusam afirmando que quando assinei era de "maior" só que eu tenho meu cartão, e a minha primeira manutenção foi antes de ficar de maior, ou seja, como fasso manutenção sem contrato? Não souberam me responder. Sei que a justiça está ao meu favor, como consta o artigo 145 do código civil, estou aguardando ansiosamente o caso se judicializar, para que possa mostrar as provas que tenho contra a clínica.
