 Horrible service, you send msg and 1 year to respond and when they respond, delivery has to be ordered in the morning to arrive.

I always ask for Whatsapp, they serve very well and delivery is free in the north! I already needed to go at 3:00am and I was very well attended. I always find what I'm looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha avalição é pelo atendimento de entrega...não dou 0 estrela pq não tem essa opção. Já tentei algumas vezes, mas sempre demoram muuuuuito pra retornar, pra depois que passa das 22hs dizer que não atendem mais pra entrega, ou simplesmente retornarem no dia seguinte, ou nem retornarem, (já aconteceu comigo). Tenho as conversas ainda no celular.
Já fui na loja e fui muito bem atendida, não tenho o que reclamar do atendimento presencial.
Só acho que se não tem capacidade de atender a demanda de entrega através do Whatsapp, não deveriam ter essa opção.
My assessment is for the delivery service... I don't give 0 star because you don't have this option. I've tried it a few times, but it always takes soooo much to return, and after 10pm to say that they don't come back for delivery, or simply return the next day, or not return at all (this has happened to me). I still have conversations on my cell phone.
I've already been to the store and I was very well attended, I have nothing to complain about the face-to-face service.
I just think that if you don't have the capacity to meet the demand for delivery through Whatsapp, you shouldn't have this option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei na Saudefarma, pela segunda vez quê foi ontem, pedi a medicação as 14:23 hs,esperei até às 16hs passei um zap cancelando porque precisava sair,até esse horário não recebi o remédio, perdeu o freguês depois quê ficou o atendimento pelo Zap, ficou péssimo o atendimento
I always bought at Saudefarma, for the second time that was yesterday, I asked for the medication at 2:23 pm, I waited until 4:00 pm, I zap canceled because I needed to leave, until that time I did not receive the medicine, lost the customer after which the service was Zap, the service was terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, além de trabalharem com propaganda enganosa, colocam que funciona 24 horas com entrega, mas de 22:00 em diante não fazem entrega. Não compro nunca mais. Além de não responder WhatsApp que colocam número, ligando depois de umas 10 tentativas e quando atendem são mal educados.
Terrible, in addition to working with false advertising, they say that it works 24 hours a day with delivery, but from 10:00 pm onwards they do not deliver. I never buy again. In addition to not answering WhatsApp they put a number, calling after about 10 attempts and when they answer they are rude.
