Após semanas, quando procurei informações via whatsapp, houve demora no atendimento, e a resposta de que a pessoa que me atendeu não salvou meu contato e por isso não foi enviado feedback. Não houve pedido de desculpas pelo ocorrido. Atendimento pós-venda via whatsapp e à distância a ser aprimorado.
I placed an order but got no return shipping or postal code. After weeks, when I looked for information via whatsapp, there was a delay in the service, and the response that the person who attended me did not save my contact and therefore no feedback was sent. There was no apology for what happened. After-sales service via whatsapp and at a distance to be improved.
