Infelizmente a pandemia não permitiu que o evento acontecesse.
Mudamos para SP. Entrei em contato com o proprietário Daniel Chaim, que me fez a proposta de utilizar o valor em outra data. Expliquei que não era do nosso interesse pois não morava mais em BH. Devido a pandemia, foi estabelecido uma lei, onde o consumidor poderia usar a data que escolhesse ou devolução integral do valor pago.
Daniel Chaim, me pediu um tempo para realizar a devolução. Claro que aceitamos. Sabemos que a pandemia foi cruel para todos.
Mas, agora a pandemia acabou e o espaço está funcionando normalmente como as outras casas de festas do Daniel Chaim. Esse senhor não me responde, já tentei contato várias vezes com ele e sua funcionária responsável pelo setor financeiro. Eles me ignoram.
Já fiz proposta de parcelamento, de me devolver a metade. Mas eles ignoram.
Picaretas e mal caráter.
Um absurdo a falta de respeito.
I hired the service in 2019 to hold my daughter's 15th birthday party in 2020.
Unfortunately the pandemic did not allow the event to happen.
We moved to SP. I contacted the owner Daniel Chaim, who made me the proposal to use the value on another date. I explained that it was not of our interest as I no longer lived in BH. Due to the pandemic, a law was established, where the consumer could use the date they chose or full refund of the amount paid.
Daniel Chaim, asked me for time to make the return. Of course we accept. We know that the pandemic was cruel to everyone.
But now the pandemic is over and the space is working normally like Daniel Chaim's other party houses. This gentleman does not answer me, I have already tried to contact him and his employee responsible for the financial sector several times. They ignore me.
I have already made an offer to pay in installments, to return half of it. But they ignore.
Picks and bad character.
Absurd lack of respect.
