Qdo vc tá comprando o atendimento é ótimo mas se vc tiver um problema e precisar de troca.... esquece..... péssimo atendimento... não resolvem seu problema... injustos e se vc ficar com o prejuízo... problema seu! Assim que fui tratada... não irei mais a essa loja e não recomendo a ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em si tem até bastante coisa, só que vende mais embalagem fechada. Até entendo o momento que estamos passando, mas deixar o cliente no sol esperando pra entrar na loja não é legal. Outro ponto negativo, funcionário mal treinado. Então continuo com a minha avaliação, embora voltei na loja e fui bem atendido. Na avaliação não questionei o atendimento em si e sim o conhecimento da atendente a respeito do que está vendendo. Outra coisa é aceitar as críticas, mesmo porque só melhoramos quando somos questionados. Não é só porque sou cliente tenho direito de reclamar, não é esse o ponto. Dizer que a minha avaliação não tem fundamento é no mínimo aceita que está tudo ótimo e na verdade não está, temos sempre que melhorar se não estaremos fadado ao fracasso.

In the evaluation, I did not question the service itself, but the attendant's knowledge of what is selling. Another thing is to accept criticism, because we only get better when we are questioned. It is not just because I am a customer that I have the right to complain, that is not the point. To say that my assessment is unfounded is at least accepted that everything is fine and in fact it is not, we always have to improve if we are not bound to fail.
