Antes mesmo de negociar valores, negociei a data da entrega. Pedi 70 Power Bank para a empresa na qual eu trabalho, pagamos para gravar as Power Bank. Em todas as vezes que confirmei me informaram que entregariam todas elas gravadas no dia 16/12 e que estava tudo certo com as mesmas. Um dia antes do evento, informaram que não iriam entregar, que iriam conseguir entregar somente no dia 21. Algo que se quer me interessava pois o evento ocorreu no dia 18/12. Tivemos que retirar as Power Bank sem gravação, não recomendo, primeira e ultima experiência. Não se importam com o cliente, não se importam com o atendimento, querem saber somente do dinheiro. Na hora de vender, venderam super bem. Liguei inúmeras vezes e se QUER ME ATENDERAM!!!!!!! AINDA TIVERAM A CORAGEM DE ENVIAR A FOTO DA POWER SEM A GRAVAÇÃO. EU TERIA VERGONHA DE ENTREGAR UM SERVIÇO DESSE PARA UM CLIENTE MEU. 1 ESTRELA SÓ PARA CONSEGUIR POSTAR. :)
Terrible attendance! do not meet deadlines.
Even before negotiating values, I negotiated the delivery date. I ordered 70 Power Banks from the company I work for, we paid to record the Power Banks. Every time I confirmed I was informed that they would deliver all of them recorded on 12/16 and that everything was fine with them. The day before the event, they informed that they would not deliver, that they would only manage to deliver on the 21st. Something that interested me, because the event took place on 12/18. We had to remove the Power Banks without recording, I don't recommend it, first and last experience. They don't care about the customer, they don't care about the service, they just want to know about the money. When it was time to sell, they sold very well. I called numerous times and if you WANT ME ANSWERED!!!!!!! THEY STILL HAD THE COURAGE TO SEND THE POWER PHOTO WITHOUT THE RECORDING. I WOULD BE ASHAMED TO DELIVER SUCH A SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER OF MINE. 1 STAR JUST TO BE POSTED. :)
