★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima com a empresa! Começou que liguei com antecedência e no dia 22DEZ20, se eu não ligasse cobrando, provavelmente nem lembrariam da minha locação. Trouxeram um freezer com problema (não gelava, só resfriava) e, além de não ter outro para oferecerem, ainda alegam que "máquina é assim mesmo"..., resumindo, gastei mais de R$ 50,00 com sacos de gelo para gelar pelo menos as bebidas! Sorvetes? Tivemos que esvaziar às pressas o congelador de nossa geladeira e espremer os potes lá pois já estavam derretendo! Ficou de retirar o material dia 26DEZ e só apareceu dia 28DEZ. Logística nota "0". Não vale a pena a raiva que se passa!
My experience was terrible with the company! It started that I called ahead and on the 22nd of Dec. 20, if I didn't call charging, they probably wouldn't even remember my location. They brought a freezer with a problem (it didn't freeze, it just cooled) and, besides not having another one to offer, they still claim that "this is the machine" ..., in short, I spent more than R $ 50.00 on ice bags to at least freeze the drinks! Ice creams? We had to hastily empty the freezer of our refrigerator and squeeze the pots there as they were already melting! He was to remove the material on December 26th and only appeared on December 28th. Logistics score "0". It is not worth the rage that goes on!
