Bookshop well equipped with excellent titles! Great location - very close to the 3rd Bridge and the Reta da Penha ... Amazing discounts and, as it was very hot, even very cold water they served me ... Great specialized service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entregaram no prazo e quando liguei para pedir informações fui informada que era 3 dias após a disponibilidade de estoque. Ou seja já se passaram 16 dias e nada. Me deram a previsão de mais 15 dias. Vou começar o curso sem o material.
Por respeito deveriam colocar bloqueio de compra no estoque zerado e dar a opção de encomenda mais claramente com prazos reais.
They didn't deliver on time and when I called to ask for information I was informed that it was 3 days after stock availability. In other words, 16 days have passed and nothing. I was given an estimate of 15 more days. I will start the course without the material.
Out of respect, they should put a purchase block on zero stock and give the option to order more clearly with real deadlines.
