★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Madeiras baratas, porém qualidade muito ruim…. Vários caibros com furo de broca/cupim, aparência de madeira velha… Demora pra entregar e parte das madeiras não foi entregue… Não recomendo… O barato sai caro…
Cheap woods, but very bad quality…. Several rafters with drill/termite holes, looking like old wood… It takes a long time to deliver and part of the wood was not delivered… I don't recommend it… Cheap is expensive…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muiti ruim atendinento pessimo erraram.meu pedido nao devolveram a diferença em dinheiro fiz outri pedido sen precisar pra nao perder meu dinheiro prometeram entregar na quarta depoia na sexta e agora so na segunda-feira nao recomendo pra ninguem atendinento ZERO o cliente NUNCA E PRIORIDADE acho q ele nao leram o codigo de defesa do consumidor fiquem espertos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um compra de algumas madeiras, e o rapaz que me atendeu, passou produto errado, e eu não vi e paguei, fui perceber depois que não era oque eu tinha pedido, eles falaram que não podiam devolver o dinheiro e que era para eu pegar outro tipo de madeira, não gostei porque não foi oque eu pedi, quero o reembolso, cansado de tanta enrolação, mandei eles me entregarem as madeiras corretas mais algumas outras madeiras paradas ( lichadas ), entregaram tudo lascada e feia.
Não comprem, atendimento ruim e madeiras ruins
I made a purchase of some wood, and the guy who answered me, gave me the wrong product, and I didn't see it and paid for it, I realized later that it wasn't what I had asked for, they said they couldn't return the money and that it was for me to take it another type of wood, I didn't like it because it wasn't what I asked for, I want a refund, tired of all the fuss, I told them to deliver the correct wood plus some other stopped wood (lichadas), they delivered all chipped and ugly.
Don't buy, bad service and bad woods
