★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei pra vcs 6 vezes fui atendida por uma moça que se identifica como Jeane, que transferiu a ligação mas infelizmente nenhum vendedor me atendeu, por fim pedir pra falar com o gerente e ela não passou a ligação pro mesmo disse só vou transferir qd alguém até e nada! Resumo atendimento péssimo!
 I called you 6 times I was answered by a girl who identifies herself as Jeane, who transferred the call but unfortunately no salesperson answered me, finally asking to speak to the manager and she didn’t pass the call on to me said I’ll just transfer someone qd until it's nothing! Summary terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendentes muito educados e muito gentil mas tem Trabalhadores que entrega o vidro que são um pouco mal educado não respeita as pessoas como elas são estamos em 2021 não estamos no tempo da Pedra então esses trabalhadores que trabalham na entrega do vidro tem que se reeducar e aprender a respeitar o próximo independente de sexo o cor da pele espero que o Scala tenha pessoas responsáveis e que ensine a esses trabalhadores como se deve tratar um cliente independente de sexo ou cor da pele é sempre um clientes
Very polite and very kind attendants, but there are workers who deliver the glass who are a little rude and do not respect people as they are we are in 2021 we are not in Pedra's time so these workers who work in the delivery of glass have to re-educate and learn to respect others regardless of gender or skin color I hope that Scala has responsible people and that it teaches these workers how to treat a customer regardless of gender or skin color, it is always a customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente chamada Jucilene, péssima, grossa, impaciente, sem espirito pra trabalho com atendimento. Me fez perder a vontade de comprar na loja, valor até razoável, mas tem empresas com funcionários mais disposto a atender o cliente.

Saí de lá e fiz meu pedido com a concorrência.
