★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prós: O estacionamento é grande, sempre tem vagas, o preço é bem acessível e é do lado da estação Carandiru do metrô.
Contras: As vezes não tem vagas livres disponíveis e você é obrigado a deixar a chave sendo que o slogan do local é "estacione, tranque e leve as chaves".
Outra coisa ruim é que quando você deixa a chave e eles mudam seu carro de lugar para outro sair, eles não trancam de volta e, com a grande circulação de pessoas, há o risco de furto no local.
A maioria dos funcionários são prestativos e atenciosos, com exceção de uma mulher que fica no caixa, que além de passar o dia no celular, é grossa, não sabe passar informações e não tem a capacidade de ver a placa do carro quando estamos entrando para agilizar o atendimento.
Ela sempre pede para que a gente fale, sendo que a função dela é exclusivamente essa e, algumas vezes ela está tão concentrada no celular, que nem entende, tendo que sair da cabine para conferir se os dados da placa do veículo estão corretos.
O estacionamento é bom para quem passa o dia fora, por questão de custo, e excelente para quem consegue colocar numa vaga livre e levar a chave.
 Pros: Parking is large, always has spaces, the price is very affordable and is on the side of the Carandiru subway station.
Cons: Sometimes there are no vacancies available and you are required to leave the key with the local slogan is "park, lock and take the keys".
Another bad thing is that when you leave the key and they move your car from place to place, they don't lock it back and with the large movement of people there is a risk of theft on the spot.
Most of the staff are helpful and attentive, except for a cashier who, besides spending the day on her cell phone, is rude, does not know how to pass information and does not have the ability to see the license plate when we are entering streamline care.
She always asks us to talk, and her job is just that, and sometimes she's so focused on her cell phone that she doesn't even understand, having to get out of the cab to check if the license plate data is correct.
Parking is good for those who spend the day out for cost, and excellent for those who can put in a free space and take the key.

Funcionários despreparados, trataram muito mal a minha mãe até a hora que a polícia chegou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima funcionários despreparados, hoje dia 29/09/21. O manobrista não disse onde eu deveria estacionar, não se apresentou, após eu entrar foi que ele foi atrás de mim dizendo onde eu não deveria parar. Foi hostil e mal educado, e o pior nem ele e nem a caixa usavam máscara, vou denunciar inclusive. Falta de respeito, e não cumprimento da lei estadual. Não deixei o carro, temendo que eles fizessem alguma coisa como riscar ou bater. Fizeram eu pagar 10,00 praticamente me ameaçaram.
Terrible experience, unprepared employees, today 29/09/21. The valet didn't say where I should park, he didn't introduce himself, after I got in he went after me saying where I shouldn't stop. He was hostile and rude, and the worst thing was neither he nor the box wore a mask, I'll even report it. Lack of respect, and non-compliance with state law. I didn't leave the car, fearing they would do something like scratch or crash. They made me pay 10.00 practically threatened me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estacionamento é bem localizado, ao lado da estação do metrô Carandiru, é amplo e podemos estacionar e levar as chaves. Custa 10 reais por 12 horas. Funciona 24 horas e é uma boa opção para os clientes da Prevent Senior, que possui estacionamento, mas apenas abre às 7:00 horas e custa mais caro, sendo 8 reais por meia hora. Infelizmente , o mau atendimento é marca do negócio. A recepção, na entrada, é emblemática. A funcionária atende de mau humor e procura se livrar do cliente com a maior rispidez.
The parking lot is well located, next to the Carandiru metro station, it is ample and we can park and take the keys. It costs 10 reais for 12 hours. It works 24 hours a day and is a good option for Prevent Senior customers, which have parking, but only opens at 7:00 am and costs more, being 8 reais for half an hour. Unfortunately, poor service is a hallmark of the business. The reception, at the entrance, is emblematic. The employee responds in a bad mood and tries to get rid of the customer with the greatest sharpness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o carro numa sexta a noite e quando cheguei para pegar as 2 da manhã estava fechado. O estacionamento diz que e aberto 24 horas. Gastei com ubber... De madrugada esperando na rua... Um absurdo.
I left the car on a Friday night and when I arrived to pick it up at 2 am it was closed. The parking lot says it's open 24 hours. I spent it with ubber... At dawn waiting on the street... An absurdity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aumento do valor para o periodo onde era R$ 10,00, foi para R$ 15,00. Considero um aumento abusivo, 50% de aumento, onde os demais estacionamentos em volta cobram R$ 12,00 pelo periodo. Não estaciono mais neste local, pelo menos ate esse preço baixar.
Increase in the value for the period where it was R$ 10.00, went to R$ 15.00. I consider an abusive increase, 50% increase, where the other parking lots around charge R$ 12.00 for the period. I don't park at this location anymore, at least until that price drops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento grande e coberto, você pode ficar até 12 horas por 10,00 e levar a chave. Fui bem atendido por um senhor na entrada. As vagas são pequenas (normal em sp), contudo, lendo os comentários não ficaria seguro de deixar as chaves com eles.
Large and covered parking, you can stay up to 12 hours for 10.00 and take the key. I was well attended by a gentleman at the entrance. The vacancies are small (normal in sp), however, reading the comments I wouldn't be sure to leave the keys with them.
