★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima imobiliária, porém ao fazer o contrato não foi incluso a cláusula de permanência de um ano para encerrar o contrato ou continuarmos... isso deve ser falado e acordado quando for repassar o contrato para as pessoas que forem alugar o imóvel, pois ficar preso 36 meses em lugar que vc não tem sossego não é fácil, não tenho nada a falar do atendimento... sempre fomos bem atendidos, as ligações e e-mails trocados respondidos em tempo, nunca trarei meu aluguel e a única vez que não recebi o boleto em casa ele mandaram novamente por e-mail sem multa ou taxas ajustadas.
Tem um bom atendimento sim.
Somente atenção na assinatura do contrato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei com eles, na vistoria final quiseram que eu consertasse coisas que estavam quebradas na locação. Por sorte, eu tinha tirado fotos no primeiro dia e mandado para eles, mas um item eu não tinha foto e tive que trocar.
I rented with them, in the final inspection they wanted me to fix things that were broken in the location. Luckily, I had taken pictures on the first day and sent them to them, but one item I didn't have a photo on and I had to change it.

Para quem é locador não realizem locação com essa imobiliária, ou se forem alugar solicite ajuda de um advogado para analisar o contrato.
Eles não estão nem aí para os locatários, colocam cláusulas abusivas nos contratos e se a pessoa é leiga e não observar ira se prejudicar no futuro.
Em meio a Pandemia não fizeram nada para ajudar os locatários, isso que não foi pedido nem desconto, só queríamos um prazo para pagar pois o comércio estava 100% fechado.
Não fizeram nada e tivemos que tirar dinheiro de comer para pagar aluguel.
Até para fazer a devolução das chaves estamos tendo problemas e estão sendo abusivos!!!!
NAO ALUGUEM com esse Imobiliária, ou peça ajuda a um advogado antes.

They don't care about the tenants, they put unfair terms in the contracts and if the person is a layman and doesn't observe, he will be harmed in the future.
Amidst the Pandemic, they didn't do anything to help tenants, which was neither asked for nor discounted, we just wanted a deadline to pay because the store was 100% closed.
They didn't do anything and we had to take money from eating to pay rent.
Even to return the keys we are having problems and are being abusive!!!!
DO NOT RENT with this real estate company, or ask a lawyer for help beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido enquanto aluguei a loja. A imobiliária me ajudou muito durante o contrato nesses tempos difíceis de covid-19. O dono do imóvel quase sempre atendeu aos meus pedidos. Voltaria a fazer negócio nessa imobiliária, pois entendo que não são os donos dos imóveis e não conseguem aprovar tudo com os proprietários.
I was well attended while I rented the store. The real estate company helped me a lot during the contract in these difficult times of covid-19. The property owner almost always complied with my requests. I would go back to doing business with this real estate company, as I understand that they are not the owners of the properties and cannot approve everything with the owners.
