Tivemos um problema na estrada, passamos por um buraco que arrebentou a base de fixação do amortecedor traseiro deixando ele solto, paramos no posto 500 na beira da BR mais ou menos a 10km da cidade de Cajati, lá numa oficina de caminhão perguntei se poderiam me indicar ajudar, logo a pessoa foi me oferecendo um guincho até a cidade de Cajati por 200 reais e me deixaria na única oficina que arrumaria meu carro, logo senti a falcatrua e só agradeci, nisso um guincho que estava em viagem parou ali no posto, conversei com a pessoa e ele me cobrou 100 pra levar até a cidade. Quando tava tirando o carro da plataforma ja na cidade, esse cara da oficina de caminhão apareceu, pois ele nos seguiu e chegou falando que era pra ir na oficina de indicação dele, chegou a perguntar pro nosso guincheiro quanto ele cobrou, mas ele n respondeu. Nisso eu sai dali devagar com o carro e a suspensão solta pra procurar uma oficina pela cidade e o cara continuou nos seguindo, até que eu entrei numa rua pra dar uma volta na quadra e dei de frente com essa oficina Scapneus, foi a sorte pois eu estava indo pra 3 oficinas que vi na beira da BR, mas cai no melhor lugar sem dúvida nenhuma! As outras que eu tinha visto na beira da BR eu imaginei que seria apenas um serviço de socorro, mas ali com eles foi um conserto definitivo.

We had a problem on the road, we went through a hole that broke the base of the rear shock absorber leaving it loose, we stopped at post 500 on the edge of the BR about 10km from the city of Cajati, there in a truck workshop I asked if they could help me. indicate to help, soon the person was offering me a tow truck to the city of Cajati for 200 reais and would leave me in the only workshop that would fix my car, I soon felt the falcatrua and just thanked him, in that a tow truck that was traveling stopped there, I talked to the person and he charged me 100 to take him to the city. When I was taking the car off the platform in the city, this guy from the truck shop came, because he followed us and came saying he was supposed to go to his referral shop, he even asked our tow truck how much he charged, but he didn’t answer . In that I left there slowly with the car and the suspension loose to look for a workshop around the city and the guy continued to follow us, until I entered a street to take a walk on the court and came across this Scapneus workshop, I was lucky because I was going to 3 workshops that I saw on the edge of BR, but it falls in the best place without a doubt! The others that I had seen on the edge of the BR I imagined that it would be just a relief service, but there with them it was a definite repair.

Procurei a oficina por recomendação do próprio Google e me decepcionei.
Cheguei às 8h34 para realizar o serviço de balanceamento, alinhamento e rodízio (cheguei nesse horário porque precisava ir para Curitiba na hora seguinte), entretanto, alguns colaboradores estavam limpando, varrendo a loja. Acredito que a loja acabara de abrir.
Então, perguntei se eu poderia manobrar o veículo no pátio para a realização do serviço - uma vez que não precisava de agendamento de horário e confirmei antes com o colaborador - e fui orientando a esperar a limpeza da loja primeiro.
Inicialmente compreendi e aceitei o pedido do colaborador, contudo, após esperar alguns minutos, desisti e fui para o concorrente.
Acredito que faltou prioridade, boa vontade e atenção ao cliente.
Não duvido da qualidade dos serviços, a loja é muito bem avaliada e foi por isso que dei preferência, porém, a minha primeira impressão quanto ao atendimento inicial foi essa e não desejo retornar.

Service left something to be desired. My first impression was not good.
I looked for the workshop on the recommendation of Google itself and I was disappointed.
I arrived at 8:34 am to perform the balancing, alignment and rotation service (I arrived at that time because I needed to go to Curitiba in the next hour), however, some employees were cleaning, sweeping the store. I believe the store had just opened.
So, I asked if I could maneuver the vehicle in the yard to carry out the service - since I didn't need to schedule an appointment and I confirmed it with the employee beforehand - and I was guided to wait for the store to be cleaned first.
Initially I understood and accepted the employee's request, however, after waiting a few minutes, I gave up and went to the competitor.
I believe it lacked priority, goodwill and customer care.
I don't doubt the quality of services, the store is very well evaluated and that's why I gave preference, however, my first impression about the initial service was this and I don't want to return.
