Uma vez só, de tantas vezes, sem com atendente que atendeu a chamada, falou que iria chamar a pessoa responsável do setor de marcação sendo ela a pessoa e foi almoçar...quando tempos depois outra pessoa disse que ela, era responsável, tinha me atendido dizendo que iria chamar alguém
I can't get an answer over the phone. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz agendamento pelo número q o Google oferece me atenderam bem rápido já marquei a consulta com 4 dias depois e la fui muito bem recebida, fui para ginecologista (prevenção) e amei o atendimento, local, a médica é bastante atenciosa me passou exames e fez várias perguntas, fiz tudo lá de graça com o único protocolo que é os alunos participam da consulta mas é bem tranquilo! Aconselho a todos essa clínica bem melhor do que posto e atendimentos através do sus.
I made an appointment through the number that Google offers, they answered me very quickly, I already made the appointment 4 days later and I was very well received, I went to a gynecologist (prevention) and I loved the service, the place, the doctor is very attentive, she gave me exams and did several questions, I did everything there for free with the only protocol which is that the students participate in the consultation but it is very easy! I advise everyone this clinic much better than post and calls through sus.

How do they provide a phone number for you to book the first appointment and it's been three months since I called and they didn't answer? What is this clinic for if it's not to meet people's needs? Why do you put a number if you don't intend to answer or help?
