Meu primeiro contato com o Jiu Jitsu foi na Ryan Gracie Vila Medeiros, meu condicionamento físico passou a ser nos treinos. O professor/ mestre Juliano é um conhecedor da arte e campeão, além de ser uma pessoa dinâmica, atenciosa e respeitosa.
The school is great, has a good structure to perform Jiu Jitsu training and there is also equipment to perform muscle strengthening. My first contact with Jiu Jitsu was at Ryan Gracie Vila Medeiros, my physical conditioning started to be in training.
