Eu precisava de um estúdio para testar uma guitarra que estou negociando e queria saber se havia a possibilidade de realizar esse encontro lá mesmo não sendo aluno. A Ju, pelo whats app foi muito educada e me respondeu com um áudio ( o que já achei legal e humanizado ) explicando que lá funciona apenas para aulas e que não teria essa possibilidade. Porém, após alguns minutos ela retornou falando que estava em ctto com os diretores para conseguir essa autorização que, de fato, conseguiu. Infelizmente o vendedor que eu iria encontrar havia já alterado a data para outro dia. Mas eu gostaria de deixar registrado a proatividade, cordialidade, simpatia e atendimento diferenciado da Ju. Se ela não tivesse feito nada a mais eu já estaria satisfeito com o atendimento. Mas ela procurou fazer algo além e se importou com a pessoa do outro lado do celular. Esses bons exemplos devem ser enaltecido e com certeza agregam valores para a empresa. Sucesso e forte abraço.
Last week I got in touch with the School of Rock in Vila Olímpia and spoke with Ju. I needed a studio to test a guitar that I'm trading and I wanted to know if there was the possibility of holding this meeting there even though I wasn't a student. Ju, through whats app, was very polite and answered me with an audio (which I thought was nice and humanized) explaining that it only works there for classes and that she wouldn't have that possibility. However, after a few minutes, she returned saying that she was in contact with the directors to get this authorization, which, in fact, she did. Unfortunately, the seller I was going to meet had already changed the date to another day. But I would like to record Ju's proactivity, cordiality, friendliness and differentiated service. If she hadn't done anything else I would have been satisfied with the service. But she tried to do something else and cared about the person on the other end of the cell phone. These good examples should be praised and they certainly add value to the company. Success and strong hug.
