★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Escola boa no quesito estrutura, porém péssimo atendimento,nunca sabem informar ou orientar sobre os cursos,tem preguiça de explicar,uma coisa que era para ser simples,elas sempre complicam,poderia dar um curso pra essas meninas antes de por elas em contato com atendimento ao público,vou dar uma estrela porque é obrigado.
Good school in terms of structure, but poor service, they never know how to inform or guide about the courses, they are too lazy to explain, something that was supposed to be simple, they always complicate things, I could give a course to these girls before putting them in contact with customer service, I'll give it a star because it's obligatory.

O que quebra é o atendimento da secretaria, são ignorantes não deixam as pessoas falarem por completo, não explicam como funciona os cursos, as vezes tem gente dentro da secretaria que veem você e não te atende. Tem que chamar pra eles, e ainda te tratam com ignorância!

the teachers are excellent!
What breaks is the service provided by the secretariat, they are ignorant, they do not let people speak completely, they do not explain how the courses work, sometimes there are people in the secretariat who see you and do not assist you. You have to call them, and they still treat you with ignorance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente me formei como Técnico em Mecatrônica, nesta unidade do SENAI.
Posso dizer que a experiência ao longo de dois anos de curso foi excelente, apesar da pandemia.
A estrutura da escola é fantástica e não peca em praticamente nada. Os professores são extremamente capacitados, todos com vivência na indústria e (em sua grande maioria) todos com uma ótima metodologia.
Como disse, minha experiência com SENAI se deu tanto antes, quanto durante a pandemia e é claro que isso interferiu no curso, porém, posso afirmar que não faltaram esforços da escola para amenizar, o máximo possível, tais impactos.
Tenho muito a agradecer ao SENAI e mesmo com olhar crítico, não consigo ver motivos para dar uma nota menor que 5/5 a esta unidade.
I recently graduated as a Mechatronics Technician at this SENAI unit.
I can say that the experience over two years of the course was excellent, despite the pandemic.
The structure of the school is fantastic and it lacks in practically nothing. The teachers are extremely qualified, all with experience in the industry and (mostly) all with a great methodology.
As I said, my experience with SENAI took place both before and during the pandemic and it is clear that this interfered with the course, however, I can say that there was no lack of efforts by the school to mitigate, as much as possible, such impacts.
I have a lot to thank SENAI for and even with a critical eye, I can't see any reason to rate this unit less than 5/5.
