Até hoje não fizeram contato, não reagendaram a entrega, não deram satisfação alguma. Uma das piores experiências de compra online que já tive.
I bought a ? in the online store and the person responsible for the delivery would be the Iguatemi store. They tried to deliver the ? to me at the most inappropriate day and time: Saturday, 9 pm. I wasn't home. To this day they have not made contact, have not rescheduled the delivery, have not given any satisfaction. One of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
