Fiz a aquisição de uma bolsa da marca, atraves de uma revendedora, tenho certificado, selo de original e nota fiscal, em menos de dois meses, a bolsa começou a soltar o foro, diga-se de passagem uma bolsa CARISSIMA, que não esta valendo nem um centavo que paguei, entrei em contato com a revendedora que me orientou a entrar em contato com o SAC da SCHUTZ, assim eu fiz, fui MUITO MAL ATENDIDA, por uma pessoa que se intitulava funcionaria da marca, que não esperou nem que eu informasse o que deseja, já foi logo avisando que NÃO EFETUARIA A TROCA, EXCELENTE atendimento (para não dizer o contrario), para uma marca tão conhecida ter um pessimo atedimento, não se importar com o pós venda, mesmo sendo vendida por um revendedor, eu acredito que o nome da MARCA esta em jogo, resumo, NÃO compro mais e NÃO RECOMENDO.
