★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima experiência. Procurei a oficina para trocar uma lâmpada da placa traseira. Foi tirado o forro interno (desnecessariamente) e não conseguiram colocar de volta, alegando que as presilhas já estavam quebradas. Disseram o mesmo para a peça onde fica a lâmpada da placa (pasme, o lado que não estava queimado), que ficou pendurada um dia depois do serviço.
Me pediram pra comprar a peça em outra loja para trocar. Não fizeram o reembolso, e ainda por cima não instalaram, porque iria ter que imendar fio no chicote da lâmpada.
Enfim, cheguei para trocar uma lâmpada de 2,00, e sai sem iluminação e sem a peça instalada no lado da placa que estava boa e ainda falaram para procurar um capoteiro para colar o forro do porta malas.
E na saída me pediram "desculpas por qualquer coisa".
Lamentável.
Pessima experience. I went to the workshop to replace a lamp on the back plate. It was taken off the inner liner (unnecessarily) and failed to put it back, claiming that the loops were already broken. They said the same to the piece where the lamp of the plate is (pasme, the side that was not burned), that was hung one day after the service.
I was asked to buy the piece from another store to exchange. They did not make the refund, and on top of that they did not install it, because they would have to wire the lamp whip.
Anyway, I came to change a 2.00 bulb, and it leaves without lighting and without the part installed in the side of the plate that was good and still spoke to look for a wrapper to glue the lining of the trunk.
And on the way out they asked me to "apologize for anything".
Unfortunate.
