MECÂNICO DE TEMPERAMENTO INSTÁVEL!
Encontrei esta oficina em Barão Geraldo e levei o carro para uma troca de correia, o Sr. Teobaldo agendou para uma sexta, depois de um feriado na quinta, concordei pois precisava do serviço realizado.
Cheguei as 7h50, pouco antes da oficina abrir. Uma moça fez o cadastro e informou que as chaves e o documento deveriam ficar na oficina. Como eu não conhecia a oficina, pedi um recibo de ordem de serviço e o Sr. Teobaldo imediatamente se irritou, instalando-se uma situação, no mínimo, constrangedora.
Ele ficou ofendido e perguntou se eu achava que ele iria vender o carro, que atendia em Barão há décadas e que não se pedia nenhum recibo para ele. Imediatamente o interrompi e afirmei que não se tratava de ofensa. Ele estava simplesmente inconformado por eu ter pedido um recibo do serviço, falou que não iria fazer mais serviço algum, mandou a atendente devolver o documento e me mandou embora !
Confesso que não entendi se era apenas um caso de ego ofendido, se ele deixou de tomar algum medicamente ou realmente não era confiável. Afinal é uma relação entre empresa e consumidor, onde está o erro em solicitar um recibo ? e o detalhe é que o preço não é barato, tendo em vista outras oficinas que pesquisei.
Conclusão: não tenho como avaliar o serviço mecânico, pois a truculência do Sr. Teobaldo me expulsou da oficina. Contudo, com a atitude que ele demonstrou eu JAMAIS retornarei à SCORTCAR e JAMAIS recomendarei a qualquer pessoa.

UNSTABLE TEMPERAMENT MECHANICAL!
I found this workshop in Barão Geraldo and took the car for a belt change, Mr. Teobaldo scheduled it for a Friday, after a holiday on Thursday, I agreed because I needed the service done.
I arrived at 7:50 am, just before the workshop opened. A girl registered and informed that the keys and the document should be kept in the workshop. As I didn't know the workshop, I asked for a service order receipt and Mr. Teobaldo immediately got angry, setting up a situation, at least, embarrassing.
He was offended and asked if I thought he would sell the car, that he had been in Baron for decades and that he was not asked for a receipt. I immediately interrupted him and said it was not an offense. He was simply unhappy that I asked for a receipt for the service, said he would not do any more work, sent the attendant to return the document and sent me away!
I confess that I did not understand if it was just a case of an offended ego, if he stopped taking any medications or was really unreliable. After all it is a relationship between company and consumer, where is the error in requesting a receipt? and the detail is that the price is not cheap, considering other workshops that I researched.
Conclusion: I have no way of evaluating the mechanical service, as Mr. Teobaldo's truculence expelled me from the workshop. However, with the attitude he showed I will NEVER return to SCORTCAR and I will NEVER recommend to anyone.
