★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi a minha primeira compra no universo do scrapbook e ter ido nessa loja foi a melhor escolha que fiz. O atendimento é excelente! Fui muito bem orientada e recebi diversas dicas do Gustavo (se nao me falha a memória, é o nome do rapaz que me atendeu). Expliquei que estava querendo apenas o material bem basico para começar e nao fui pressionada a comprar nada além do que eu podia, o que me deixou bastante à vontade. Ele foi atencioso e me explicou com muito boa vontade tudo que eu queria saber. Outro ponto excelente é o fato de ter local para estacionar o carro. Valeu a pena e vou voltar com certeza!
It was my first purchase in the scrapbook universe and going to this store was the best choice I made. The service is excellent! I was very well oriented and received several tips from Gustavo (if my memory serves me correctly, it's the name of the guy who attended me). I explained that I was just looking for the very basic stuff to start with and I wasn't pressured to buy anything beyond what I could, which made me very comfortable. He was attentive and explained everything I wanted to know very willingly. Another excellent point is the fact that it has a place to park the car. It was worth it and I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoje fui à loja às 17h35. Dei seta no meu carro para colocar no estacionamento da loja quando vi um outro grande branco, com um homem dentro, parado, conversando com alguém na calçada.
Esta pessoa me viu, deu ré no seu carro e fechou a garagem porque já tinha dado o horário de atendimento....Bateu a porta na minha cara e não se prestou a dizer que estavam fechados, mesmo me vendo! Parabéns! Parece que não precisam de clientes! Com certeza estarei informando esta postura mal educada a todos os meus grupos e amigos do scrap.
Today I went to the store at 17:35. I gave my car arrow to put it in the store parking lot when I saw another big white one, with a man inside, standing, talking to someone on the sidewalk.
This person saw me, reversed his car and closed the garage because he had already given the opening hours.... He slammed the door in my face and didn't say they were closed, even though he saw me! Congratulations! Looks like they don't need customers! I will certainly be informing this rude attitude to all my scrapbook groups and friends.
