★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poderia ser mais um bom atendimento......... mas na tarde do dia 21/08/20 as 17:20 tive uma primeira impressão de um atendimento fora do padrão uma atendente sem paciência e despreparada..... “ Sr estamos sem sistema para o pagamento de suas conta da vivo e tim “ pedi para mais uma vez ela consultar e a mesma resposta é um pouco mais sem paciência..... sai e esperei 5 minutos e me dirigi a outro caixa...... ela me reconheceu e comento algo com esta atende que não consegui entender........ da mesma forma pedi para está outra atendente que gostaria de para pagar duas contas da VIVO e outra da TIM .... muito educada e atenciosa consegui efetuar os pagamentos.....
Pergunta que fica, será que realmente estava sem sistema em menos de 5 minutos voltou...
Realmente percebi que tem atendentes e ATENDENTES.... poderia ser nota máxima mais por está, despreparada e que urgente precisa de reciclagem........ está e a nota que achei justa.

I really realized that there are attendants and ATTENDANTS .... it could be a maximum grade because it is, unprepared and that it urgently needs recycling ........ it is and the grade I thought was fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente do terminal 040260, horário 15:55 do dia 19/08, espero que VC consiga ser uma pessoa melhor daqui por diante, pq em nenhum momento alterei minha voz com VC, pra escutar VC gritando do outro lado, só disse que não achava justo, meu celular acabar sendo forçado a passar pelo acesso do dinheiro, onde o mesmo, na última vez, teve a tela raspada, então eu disse que ia pedir que pagassem se acontecesse de novo, VCs tem que aumentar o acesso. E a atendente, ainda fiz questão de dizer obrigado, não quero que ela seja mandada embora, mas que ela entenda que ela não está fazendo nenhum favor pra ninguém, e que a alma dela melhore, pq se alterar do jeito que se alterou, é uma pena viver dessa forma.
