Air-conditioned and cozy space! The professionals are extremely polite, competent and welcoming, performing their job with care and quality. A professora Silvia é super atenciosa e me tirou diversas vezes das minhas crises de coluna. Super indico o Sea pilates para aqueles que possuem limitações ou querem um fortalecimento para corrigir a postura.
Excellent location and with parking. The Studio is fantastic, air conditioned and with several devices. Professor Silvia is super attentive and has taken me out of my spine crisis several times.
