★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acervo excelente. Uma pena a organização da loja não ajudar em nada a busca presencial. Como sempre consulto o catálogo de livros virtualmente, isso não é problema, mas quem não fizer isso pode ter dificuldades. Contudo, destaco o excelente atendimento e atenção das pessoas que sempre estão na loja e atendem o telefone.
 Excellent stock. It is a pity that the store's organization does nothing to help the face-to-face search. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um livro para ME presentear no meu aniversário pela Estante Virtual, me enviaram outro (nada a ver) de um autor diferente que custa metade do valor do que paguei.
Após entrar em contato direto com a Livraria e falar com o Sr Paulo, fui atendido prontamente e solucionada a questão.
Voltarei a comprar, mas de forma alguma pela Estante Virtual. O atendimento e suporte deles é um lixo.
Obrigado à Mar de Histórias. No fim, fiquei com os dois livros.
I bought a book to GIVE ME on my birthday by the Virtual Shelf, they sent me another (nothing to see) from a different author that costs half the amount of what I paid.
After contacting Livraria directly and talking to Mr. Paulo, I was promptly answered and resolved.
I will buy again, but not at all by the Virtual Shelf. Their service and support is rubbish.
Thanks to Sea of Stories. In the end, I got the two books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela estante virtual da pra saber bastante sobre o estoque. Ao ligar pelo telefone, eles logo localizam se há ou não, o livro. Vendedores são bom negociantes, e conhecem muitos livros, além de serem simpáticos. E realmente tem livros muito bons!
