Dou uma estrela não pela internet, mas pela falta de respeito com as pessoas que pagam pelo serviço e quando precisamos de atendimento somos tratados como algo insignificante que fica horas recebendo mensagem de um robô no whatsapp. Já indiquei a SEA TELECOM pra muita gente mas depois da experiência com o atendimento ao cliente, tô fora.
The internet is good. But the customer-only service is TERRIBLE! I give a star not by the internet, but by the lack of respect with the people who pay for the service and when we need assistance we are treated as something insignificant that is hours receiving messages from a robot on whatsapp. I have already indicated SEA TELECOM to many people but after the experience with customer service, I am out.

Precisa avaliar se você está disposto a lidar com atendimento demorado, não profissional, onde os "profissionais" chegam até a xingar as pessoas. Falta comunicação, até mesmo pra dar um parecer sobre uma visita não realizada. Mas isso não acontece. Se entrando em contato já não resolve.. Muito difícil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet até que é boa mas quando cai passa o dia inteiro fora do ar e o atendimento é péssimo tanto por telefone como o presencial. Fui resolver uma pequena situação e pra isso precisei fazer agendamento mas a equipe nunca veio resolver, fui obrigado a mudar de fornecedor e ainda passaram uma semana pra recolher o equipamento. Sea Telecon nunca mais!
The internet is good, but when it goes down, it goes down all day and the service is terrible both over the phone and in person. I went to solve a small situation and for that I had to make an appointment but the team never came to solve it, I was forced to change supplier and it took a week to collect the equipment. Sea Telecom never again!
