I bought it and the mattress came with a deformity. I'm pregnant and the mattress is giving me back pain, besides, I haven't even received a response from the store. What was supposed to be an investment of comfort towards the end of my pregnancy is turning into a nightmare!

I purchased a single Miami mattress + box on 04/17 at the Américas Shopping store. Delivery time was up to 20 working days. It's been more than 1 month, I haven't received the mattress, I've asked 4x in the store and no one answers. Absurd!!

I made a purchase and needed to make an exchange and the entire team – from the delivery person to the manager, including the salespeople – were extremely attentive, careful and helpful. The mattress is extremely comfortable, the material of the trunk is very resistant and the finishing of both is precise and impeccable.
