★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi duas vezes atrás do técnico, da primeira não estava foi deixado o recado, da segunda informaram q o mesmo tinha saido e que voltou cansado que passaria na residência dela mais tarde, ela ficou aguardando o dia inteiro e nada nem um whats app ou uma ligação para dar satisfação, falta de empatia com o possível futuro cliente que precisava do serviço com certa urgência

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei o serviços em novembro o técnico foi a minha casa consertou a geladeira 2 semana após a geladeira parou de funcionar voltei na assistência técnica para informar o técnico demorou para ir mas foi e trocou uma peça 3 dias após a geladeira parou de novo de funcionar voltamos varias vezes na assistência e a atendente sempre nos informava que o técnico não estáva que ele ia na minha casa assim que pudesse porém ele nunca voltou nem ligou para da satisfação, agora meu processo está no Procon
