★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior assistência técnica que já vi. Ficaram durante 10 dias com o console pra me devolver com cara de deboche dizendo que o problema era a CPU/GPU e não existia conserto. Levei na Geração Games (a melhor assistência que já vi) e fui informada que além de não ser esse o problema do console, eles me devolveram sem o HD e danificaram a placa!!!!!!! Acreditem se quiser!!! Acabei de ligar na SEBO e lógico se defenderam mas não acreditei em nenhuma palavra. Se estivesse sem o HD eles teriam me informado ao chegar na loja e começarem a fazer a manutenção, o que não poderia ter acontecido pois o console pifou e foi levado pra lá!!!!!!! Absurdo! Como o pessoal da geração me disse, se tivesse como provar tecnicamente eu entraria com um belo processo contra essa SEBO! Arrependimento define. Ficaram de me dar um retorno pra me devolver o meu HD, vamos ver!!!
The worst technical assistance I have ever seen. They stayed for 10 days with the console to give me a mocking face saying that the problem was the CPU / GPU and there was no repair. I took it in the Generation Games (the best assistance I have ever seen) and was informed that besides this is not the problem of the console, they returned me without the HD and damaged the board !!!!!!! Believe me if you want !!! I just called SEBO and of course they defended themselves but I didn't believe a word. If I was without the HD they would have informed me when they arrived at the store and started doing maintenance, which could not have happened because the console crashed and was taken there !!!!!!! Absurd! As the people of the generation told me, if I could prove it technically I would file a fine lawsuit against this SEBO! Repentance defines. They just gave me a return to give me my HD, let's see !!!
