I have been calling for 8 am in the morning and calls don't answer at 0800, and then I try again and it gets busy, it is difficult to want service if you don't even answer.

Simply a shame!! The citizen has to go to another city to make an appointment. They answered me to say that there is no vacancy. It is not the first time! They only solve their interests, because the worker doesn't.
