★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de ser um prédio do governo onde normalmente o atendimento é ruim, neste local a coisa é diferente.
Frequento já tem nuitos anos este local acompanhando minha mãe idosa para recadastramento e assuntos ligados a pensão dela, bem como já vim para assuntos pessoais em outros pontos do prédio.
Aqui, todos atendem bem, todos tentam resolver seu problema da melhor maneira possível.
Acho que é a única repartição pública que já estive que os funcionários são empenhados e preocupados com as pessoas que vão até ali.
Mesmo durante a pandemia, alguém vem no portão atender e resolver problemas.
Parabéns para todos que trabalham nesse local.
Espero que um dia todos os funcionários públicos tenham esse empenho no trabalho.

I have been going to this place for many years, accompanying my elderly mother for re-registration and matters related to her pension, as well as I have already come for personal matters in other parts of the building.
Here, everyone works well, everyone tries to solve their problem in the best possible way.
I think it is the only government agency that I have been to that employees are committed and concerned about the people who go there.
Even during the pandemic, someone comes to the gate to answer and solve problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ um taxa paga na modalidade errada ao sefaz de 300 reais não foi devolvida até hoje! Apos admitirem não localizar meu dinheiro passaram a ignorar o meu caso, quando agendo ou quando confronto o absurdo do meu dinheiro ter sumido do sistema deles! Eles mesmos assumiram nao localizar o dinheiro enquanto eu tenho o comprovante de pagamento do bradesco e até print de ter saido da minha conta bancaria, um absurdo! ISSO È ROUBO, exigo atenção ao meu caso! O banco confirmou a chegada do dinheiro até voces!! Não sejem omissos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o atendimento, instalações limpinhas, sem contar o amplo espaço, só que ficou muito afastado do centro da cidade, dificultando o acesso para quem não tem carro !!!
