E não è linha congestionada por que liguei 6hs da manhã e dava ocupado as 7 h ocupado e o horário de trabalho deles o dia todo ocupado .nen tem como se Agendar para fazer o cadiunico ,e site não funciona .
The phone just keeps getting busy, we call all day, and can't talk to anyone. And it's not a congested line because I called 6 am and it was busy at 7 am and their work schedule was busy all day.

Terrible, they don't answer the phone and don't even give us any information we need. It is a total disregard of the municipal public power of Serra. To citizens who need help.
