★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 16/01/18 nesse local às 13:50 ao chegar na recepção me apresentei à atendente Regina e informei que iria dar entrada em um serviço e ela disse que faltava o comprovante de endereço e entregou meus documentos e mais nada e já foi antendendo outra pessoa como se estivesse com pressa. Acredito que uma atendente deveria ser prestativa e atenciosa e não aconteceu nada disso.
Voltei para minha residência no Embu e voltei ao local e informei que agora estava com comprovante de residência, ela simplesmente disse: Você é do Embu então tem que ser agendado. Aí Vem a pergunta porque ela não me informou no primeiro atendimento? Ela me fez gastar transporte o qual acabou de ter aumento, gastei tempo sendo que tenho outras obrigações e não tenho dinheiro de transporte por estar desempregado. Ela deveria ter discernimento da situação e reconhecer o erro na prestação de serviço e me atender na mesma hora.
Aqui fica minha indignação e insatisfação na falta de profissionalismo em um atendimento que necessito com urgência. Nunca mais compareço neste local.
Today 01/16/18 at that location at 1:50 pm when I arrived at the reception I introduced myself to the attendant Regina and informed her that I was going to check in to a service and she said that the proof of address was missing and handed over my documents and nothing else and was already telling someone else like you're in a hurry. I believe that an attendant should be helpful and attentive and none of that happened.
I went back to my residence at Embu and went back to the place and informed her that I now had proof of residence, she simply said: You are from Embu so you have to be scheduled. Here comes the question why did she not inform me at the first appointment? She made me spend transportation which has just increased, I spent time being that I have other obligations and I don't have transportation money because I'm unemployed. She should be able to discern the situation and acknowledge the error in the provision of service and attend to me immediately.
Here is my indignation and dissatisfaction at the lack of professionalism in a service that I urgently need. I'll never show up at this place again.

infelizmente os funcionários e as citadas vagas , estão lha só para enganar é dar falsas promessa para os desempregados.

unfortunately the employees and the mentioned vacancies, are only to deceive and give false promises to the unemployed.
