Que eu saiba a Biblioteca Municipal tem que funciona no horário normal do expediente, e só porque necessitei o uso da biblioteca está fechada e só funciona as as 12 horas ?
 No stars at the moment, I think it's a joke to have to close on Tuesday and Thursday and open the other three days. As far as I know, the Municipal Library has to work during normal office hours, and just because I needed to use the library it's closed and only works at 12 pm ?
