Although at first impression it looks like a bank seat right up to a vault door and everything else in the concierge is actually the headquarters of the culture secretariat ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Este prédio era a sede da Sul America Seguros. Veja o SA entrelaçado no mosaico da porta. A Sul America também tinha entre outras coisas "cofres de aluguel" neste endereço e talvez por isto a porta de cofre que vc vê na foto. Realmente um prédio histórico !
This building was the headquarters of Sul America Seguros. See the intertwined SA in the door mosaic. Sul America also had among other things "safe deposit boxes" at this address and perhaps for this reason the vault door you see in the photo. Really a historic building!

Bad facilities with entry through the back of the state library's garage. It reflects well how the culture has been treated by the government.
