Muito prestativo. Estávamos com problemas no enviar a documentação para pegar o certificado e ele logo resolveu. Saímos com o certificado em mãos.
The guy who saw me yesterday, 21/01 was wonderful. Excellent person. I don't know his name, but he was super attentive and helped us a lot. I wanted to know your name to congratulate you. Very helpful. We were having problems sending the documentation to get the certificate and he soon solved it. We left with the certificate in hand.
