★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pega-se uma fila pra conseguir uma senha e pega-se outra fila pra ser atendido.... Não seria melhor as senhas serem chamadas sem necessidade da 2ª fila ou melhor, fazer o agendamento pelo telefone? Prédio sem circulação de ar, o que provoca mal estar nas pessoas pelo calor.
 Get a queue to get a password and get another queue to be answered .... Would not it be better for the passwords to be called without the need of the 2nd queue or better, to do the scheduling over the phone? Building without air circulation, which causes malaise in people by heat.

I was able to take my certificate and my daughter also normal service ..so wanted to take a doubt already have the ballots to take the identity .. then had not 2 weeks ago

Seu prédio é centenário e com estrutura interna que remonta os áureos tempos da borracha.
Diante da preemente necessidade de revitalização do aspecto externo do mesmo, fica a impressão psicóloga que o mesmo encontra-se com mais tratos, contudo, deve ao meu olhar, ser inserido em agenda de reforma governamental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local finge manter uma ordem, mas desde o processo de marcação não se possui qualquer pessoa cuidando da fila, quando se abre para pegar ficha quem quiser furar a fila fura, não importando se tem prioridades ou não. No dia para se fazer a identidade não se possui qualquer organização, vc pode ser o primeiro mas só vai ser atendido quando eles bem entenderem, a não ser e claro que você conheça alguém de dentro pois mesmo sendo o primeiro ao entrar já vi pessoas que nem na fila estavam já no lado de dentro adiantando o seu lado, ou seja, como 99% dos órgãos públicos, você não e respeitado, levado a sério ou mesmo ajudado, apenas com muito esforço e paciência para passar por tudo!

On the day to make the identity you do not have any organization, you can be the first but you will only be attended when they want, unless and of course you know someone from the inside because even being the first to enter I have seen people who even in line they were already on the inside advancing your side, that is, like 99% of public agencies, you are not respected, taken seriously or even helped, just with a lot of effort and patience to go through everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A SEJUDH está emitindo carteira de identidade, o agendamento ocorre toda a sexta e para o agendamento basta levar certidão de nascimento, começa às 9h mas é bom chegar umas 2h antes, pq a fila é GRANDE! O dia pra tirar identidade fica provavelmente pra semana seguinte a do agendamento. No dia do agendamento eles dizem os documentos necessários pra tirar a identidade mas informe o tipo de identidade que você irá tirar, se é primeira, segunda ou terceira via ou se você é responsável de alguém. A identidade sai no dia, mas acredito que se chegar muito tarde eles não emitem na hora pq vai acabando o horário de funcionamento de lá aí fica pra pegar um dia depois. Tive uma experiência não muito boa na última vez que fui, fiquei de 10h as 14h com uma criança aguardando e o atendimento não fluía muito bem, o lado bom é que emite no dia quando chegar cedo. Recomendo chegar cedo tanto no dia do agendamento quando no dia da emissão da identidade :)
SEJUDH is issuing an identity card, the appointment takes place every Friday and for the appointment just take your birth certificate, it starts at 9 am but it's good to arrive 2 hours before, because the queue is BIG! The day to get an ID is probably for the week following the appointment. On the day of the appointment, they will tell you the documents needed to get the ID, but inform the type of ID you will get, if it is the first, second or third copy or if you are responsible for someone. The ID goes out on the day, but I believe that if you arrive too late they don't issue it on time because the opening hours there are ending there and it stays to pick up a day later. I had a not very good experience the last time I went, I was from 10am to 2pm with a child waiting and the service did not flow very well, the good thing is that it issues on the day when you arrive early. I recommend arriving early both on the day of booking and on the day of issuing the ID :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma avacalhacao....não adianta chegar cedo....muita desorganização e não adianta reclamar pq dizem que é assim. Funcionários que não respeitam uma organização.
It's an avacalhacao....it's no use arriving early....a lot of disorganization and it's no use complaining because they say it's like that. Employees who do not respect an organization.
