Quando fui na Secretaria de Habitação me passaram um telefone para falar com a responsável Rose, e ao ligar para ela tive que agendar uma visita. E no dia que fui conversar com a Rose, para minha surpresa não tinha nenhuma outra pessoa para ser atendida. Então pergunto: para que tanto telefone e agendamento se vc não vê outras pessoas sendo atendidas e dificilmente vc é atendido?
