★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento na secretaria de obras é simplesmente um desrespeito as pessoas que precisam do serviço. Em 16/08/2019 dei entrada no Habite-se. Hoje, 01/10, estou com tudo pago, e toda vez que vou lá, mandam vir em outro dia. São oito idas, desde a entrada do processo e sempre sem resolutividade. Foram idas e vindas para a visita do fiscal, para o cálculo do valor e com tudo pago, mais uma vez me mandam voltar em outro dia para pegar o Habite-se. Cansa!
Descaso total. Burocracia em excesso e grosseria por parte dos supervisores.
Attendance at the works office is simply a disrespect to people who need the service. On 08/16/2019 I entered the Habitate yourself. Today, 10/01, I have everything paid, and every time I go there, they send for another day. There are eight trips, since the process entry and always without resolution. They went back and forth for the visit of the inspector, for the calculation of the value and with everything paid, once again send me back another day to get the house. Tired!
Total neglect. Bureaucracy in excess and rudeness by supervisors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui super bem recebida pelos funcionários desta secretaria quando fui requisitar a segunda via do meu HABITE-SE. Recebi sem demora e sem mal estar de ninguém. Os funcionários Odete, Igor, Cleudo, Taís, Socorro e Fabrício foram maravilhosos! Só tenho que agradecer pela especial atenção!
