★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um grande descaso com que depende e precisa dos serviços da agência pois a 1 mês e 10 dias esperando pra ser atendida quando chega perto problema na chave do FGTS e não estou conseguindo fazer um novo agendamento pois o meu ainda está no sistema o telefone que são 4 números diferentes chama e não atende desde sexta dia 23/05 que ligo e ninguém atente descaso total estou indignada
A big disregard with which depends and needs the services of the agency because 1 month and 10 days waiting to be attended when a problem with the FGTS key comes close and I am not able to make a new appointment because mine is still in the system the phone they are 4 different numbers call and do not answer since Friday, 05/23 I call and no one pays attention to total neglect I am indignant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca recebi um atendimento tão ruim na minha vida! As recepcionistas são péssimas, as atendentes que vão tirar sua CTPS são grosseiríssimas e caso você tenha algum tipo de problema não conte com a empatia de nenhum funcionário. A secretaria não tem nenhum tipo de olhar voltado para o desempregado. Achei vergonhoso o quanto uma ATENDENTE não tem nenhuma noção de atendimento, pois da sua boca só saem grosserias. Espero que melhorem o quadro de funcionários porque tenho certeza que os que estão lá não dão importância nenhuma à causa.
I have never received such bad service in my life! The receptionists are terrible, the attendants who are going to take their CTPS are very gross and if you have some kind of problem do not count on the empathy of any employee. The secretariat does not have any type of look aimed at the unemployed. I found it disgraceful how much a caregiver has no notion of care, because out of his mouth only rude. I hope that they will improve the staff because I am sure that those who are there do not give importance to the cause.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vocês deveriam ter um pouco mais de RESPEITO por quem paga o salário de vocês. Postam um número de telefone o qual não pega nunca. O trabalhador, que precisa tirar dúvidas, inclusive para saber o horário de atendimento presencial, é tratado como um lixo. Aprendam a ser profissionais, no mínimo.
You should have a little more RESPECT for those who pay your wages. They post a phone number which they never pick up. The worker, who needs to clear up doubts, even to know the hours of attendance in person, is treated like garbage. Learn to be professionals, at the very least.
