Uma pequena informação, que poderia ser tirada rápida e facilmente, evitando os próprios funcionários de se submeterem à exposição ao público, fica restrita ao atendimento presencial, infelizmente. Várias tentativas durante o dia, e nada. Terei que ir pessoalmente. Também trabalho com atendimento ao público presencialmente e não deixo o telefone tocar a segunda vez para atender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente descontente com o atendimento de um funcionário Senhor que usa óculos, o mesmo atende de acordo com seu humor, foi extremamente ríspido e ignorante ao se recusar a fazer um procedimento o qual ele mesmo fez anteriormente.
Já tinha sido ignorante com a minha mãe que compareceu anteriormente.
Este funcionário precisa entender que trabalha com pessoas e não com animais, e mesmo estes merecem respeito.
Outras pessoas já reclamaram do mesmo e estarei procurando outras vias de reclamações.
Não tenho o que falar dos outros funcionários sempre me atenderam educadamente.
