★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj cheguei na Semad e pra minha supresa FECHADO para atendimento presencial, olha a alegação deles, FECHADO por causa do COVID, um absurdo, enquanto todos estão trabalhando presencialmente em outros locais de serviços, eles com essa aplicação. Na entrada me deparei com o porteiro me dando essa informação e com um papel com os números pra eu ligar, disse pra ele, nós ligamos pra cá e ninguém atende, não pode ligar em um desses números que vão lhe atender, liguei o primeiro nada, no segundo atenderam, até que a funcionária Ana Claudia foi super atenciosa comigo, ainda mais qdo falei que já tinha feito várias solicitações e que quando chegava lá não andava. Um absurdo isso, além desses prefeitos não reajustarem nosso salário, pois só sabem tirar e depois temos que ainda tá correndo atrás pra resolver.

At the entrance I came across the doorman giving me this information and with a paper with the numbers for me to call, I told him, we called here and no one answers, you can't call one of those numbers that will answer you, I called the first one nothing , in the second they answered, until the employee Ana Claudia was super attentive to me, even more when I said that I had already made several requests and that when I got there I couldn't walk. This is absurd, in addition to these mayors not readjusting our salary, because they only know how to take it and then we still have to go after it to solve it.

A Solange , atendente da hora, foi muito eficiente e eficaz no meu Atendimento. A efetividade será qd eu tiver o meu processo concluído e enviando para CIMBESA, e IPAMB , e eu puder cumprir as exigências para o INSS até o dia 05/04/2022, e poder finalmente me aposentar .
