★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, fica passando de uma pra outra e no final não sabe escutar e ainda coloca a pessoa no mudo. Pessoa que não estão pronta para tirar a dúvida das pessoas com calma. Lamentável.
Bad service, goes from one to another and in the end doesn't know how to listen and still puts the person on mute. Person who are not ready to take people's doubts calmly. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendida e o lugar é muito maior do que eu esperava, limpo, organizado e bonito.
A única coisa que não gostei foi da entrada que não tem uma pessoa para informar onde devemos ir e se estamos no lugar certo, pois primeira vez sempre deixa dúvidas.
Tem uma cabine de porteiro assim como nos prédios, mas não há ninguém lá e o portão é enorme deixando meio estranho ter que ir direto para dentro do prédio, dá uma sensação de que estamos perdidos.
Mas, depois tudo flui e todos que nos atendem são gentis e educados.
I was well attended and the place is much bigger than I expected, clean, organized and beautiful.
The only thing I didn't like was the entrance that doesn't have a person to inform us where we should go and if we're in the right place, because the first time always leaves doubts.
There's a doorman's cabin just like in the buildings, but there's no one there and the gate is huge making it kind of weird to have to go straight into the building, it gives a feeling that we're lost.
But then everything flows and everyone who attends us is kind and polite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estamis desde de o inicio do ano letivo tentando transferência, moramos no bairro jd Normandia e minha fou transferida do girassol para mario roldão nao consiguimos transporte nem transferencia um pasda o problema para o outro e nada se resolve, a criança esta se estudar pq nenhum tio faz essa rota, estamos sendo enroladis todis os dia e eu quero uma soluçao, e um direito da ana clara mas ninguem se importa
Estamis since the beginning of the school year trying to transfer, we live in the jd Normandia neighborhood and my mother was transferred from the sunflower to mario roldão we can't get transport or transfer one pass the problem to the other and nothing is solved, the child is studying because no uncle do this route, we are being tangled up every day and i want a solution, and ana clara's right but no one cares

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho um filho autista que necessita de auxiliar em sala e de transporte para levá lo para escola. Tenho que pagar do meu bolso 4 uber quando consigo, para levá lo até a escola. A escola fica à 15 minutos da minha residência. Conforme lei, meu filho tem direito ao transporte e desde que começou as aulas que estou aguardando e até agora nada. Só enrolam, cada hora uma situação diferente, mas não resolvem nada. Tantos funcionários ocupando cargos públicos, para não ter planejamento com a questão das necessidades escolares dos alunos. Quando se tem pedido de um médico para a criança ter um acompanhante em sala, o que vale é a palavra do médico, que acompanha a criança, não a avaliação de quem apenas na teoria não conhece aquela criança. Estou esgotada de tanto cobrar e esperar pela secretaria da educação. Aqui em Guarulhos NADA funciona, para nós mães de crianças especiais, a realidade é dura e cruel. De que adianta leis, se não são colocadas em prática?!
I have an autistic child who needs help in the classroom and transportation to take him to school. I have to pay 4 ubers out of my pocket when I can, to take him to school. The school is 15 minutes from my residence. According to law, my son has the right to transport and since he started classes I'm waiting and so far nothing. They just roll around, each time a different situation, but they don't solve anything. So many employees occupying public positions, not to have planning with the issue of students' school needs. When a doctor is asked for the child to have a companion in the room, what counts is the doctor's word, who accompanies the child, not the assessment of someone who only in theory does not know that child. I'm exhausted from charging so much and waiting for the secretary of education. Here in Guarulhos NOTHING works, for us mothers of special children, reality is harsh and cruel. What's the point of laws if they're not put into practice?!
