Pessoas desqualicadas no atendimento, algumas não sabem nem o que é um email, alguns atendentes são simpáticas e atenciosas, mas sem NENHUM CONCHIMENTO TECNICO DO QUE ESTAO FAZENDO. FALTA treinamento adequado aos funcionários, se vc liga tem ir pessoalmente e se vc vai pessoalmente vc tem que ligar.
Uma simples reclamação é impossível ser feita de maneira online ou por email.
As crianças da cidade mereciam em seu bairros um local bonito como a secretaria de educação, porém não tem nada parecido.
Tudo o que podemos esperar é a vagarosa mudança do século 19 para o século 20, mas estamos no meio do século 21, ou seja, ao invés de estar um passo a frente sempre estamos em Mairiporã um passo atrás apesar do orçamento alto e dinheiro que pode ser visto no portal da transparência do município.
Good spot, yummy setting. But we are not talking about a restaurant or a store, we are talking about a place that having Good Location or Good Structure do not reflect anything good valuation.
People disqualified in the service, some do not even know what an email is, some attendants are friendly and attentive, but without any technical knowledge of what they are doing. LACK training appropriate to employees, if you call has to go personally and if you go personally you have to call.
A simple complaint is impossible to do online or by email.
The children of the city deserved in their neighborhoods a beautiful place like the secretary of education, but it does not have anything similar.
All we can expect is the slow shift from the 19th century to the 20th century, but we are in the middle of the 21st century, meaning instead of being a step forward we are always in Mairipora a step back despite the high budget and money we can be seen in the transparency portal of the municipality.
